In The Woods Campground Rules & Policies

Check In / Check Out

Check-in is at 2 PM. No office check in required. Call office if requesting early check in.
Check-out time is 1 PM. You do not need to contact the office for check out.

Cancellation Policy

If need to cancel your reservation, 14 or more days prior to stay is required to receive a refund. If cancellation is after the 14 day period, a full refund will not be issued. It will go to camp credit with this you have option to use that towards another stay. We reserve the right to not issue ANY refunds.

Tents

2 tents per site max for tenting guests only. (1 for adults 1 for children)
1 tent per site is allowed with RV/travel trailer for children only.
If you have special request or have additional questions please contact management.

Campfires

Firewood is for sale on site, text 218-204-0647 by 7 pm we deliver.
Fires must be in designated fire rings.
No cutting wood within the campground.

Parking

You are allowed 1 RV and 2 vehicles or boat per site.
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site.
Utilize campsite green space or contact management for other parking arrangements.

Site and Park Navigation

Please be respectful of your neighbor, do not walk between sites if possible.
Please use main roads and/or designated paths to walk around the campground.

Washing Equipment

No washing of RV’s, vehicles, boats or other motorized or non-motorized equipment on campsites or any areas of the campground.

Pet Policies

Pets on a leash at all times. Clean up after your pet always.  Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors.

Speed Limit

The park speed limit is 10 mph.

ATV’s. Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles

Motorized equipment are not allowed for use within the campground, for trail riding only.
You are able to leave from the campground to go to trails with your equipment.
If other use is required please contact management.
Children under the age of 17 are not allowed to drive motorized equipment within the campground.

Severe Weather

In case of severe weather, you may seek shelter in the showerhouse.

Visitors

In The Woods Campground reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site.
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park.

Septic/Water/Electric

DO NOT add or dump ANY chemicals or additives to water or septic lines.
Please clean up any sewage spills before your departure.
Please call if you have any issues during your stay.

Shower house

Shower rooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning.
We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean.
Limit showers to 10 minutes max.
Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the shower house area.
NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE SHOWERHOUSE.
ATV/UTV riders DO NOT clean equipment or bring mud/dirty apparel to the showerhouse,
The mud clogs the drain systems, please clean off apparel at your site before entering shower rooms.

Children/Playground

Anyone under 18 must be supervised in all areas of the campground at all times.
Please do not let your children climb our trees, or damage playground equipment.

Quiet Time Policies

Quiet time is 11 PM to 8 AM.

Trash Disposal

A dumpster is available at the entrance of campground. Please do not dispose of any motor oil, cooking oil, wires, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic or hazardous waste items. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in charges for disposal fees.

Fireworks and Firearms

Fireworks and firearms are prohibited.

 

In The Woods Campground LLC, is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft or damage to property of guests and/or visitors.

Any damage to In The Woods Campground property and/or equipment will result in additional charges and/or pursuit in further action.

We reserve the right to evict/terminate any guest(s) stay at any time without refund.
